Rodney F. Emery
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Emery is responsible for corporate
vision, strategy and overall guidance of the operations of Steadfast
Companies. He is also the managing partner of the Steadfast Management
Committee which sets policy at Steadfast, makes major investment
decisions and acts as the general oversight committee.
Prior to founding Steadfast in 1993, Mr. Emery
served for seventeen years as President of Cove Properties, a diversified
real estate development firm with operating entities specializing
in property-management, construction and development.
Mr. Emery is a graduate of the University of Southern
California and serves on the boards of several non-profits.

Dinesh Davar
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Davar is responsible for overall
accounting and finance operations at Steadfast. He is the Vice-Chairman
of the Steadfast Investment and Management Committee.
Prior to joining Steadfast in 1996, Mr. Davar was
an independent loan consultant, dealing with residential and commercial-mortgage
loans and for the twelve years prior to 1992 he served as CFO of
Cove Properties, a diversified real estate development firm with
operating entities specializing in property-management, construction
and development.
Mr. Davar was educated as a Chartered Accountant
in New Delhi, India, and is a graduate of Meerut University.

Randy Takasuka
Vice President, Taxation
As Vice President, Taxation Mr. Takasuka is responsible
for the preparation of over 500 tax returns including related trial
balances and tax workpapers. He also assists in the structuring
of property transactions and various special projects.
Prior to joining Steadfast in 1999, Mr. Takasuka
has held various positions including: Member of LAs Business
Team with Mayor Riordan; Vice President and Treasurer, Cushman Realty
Corporation; and Senior Accountant with Arthur Young & Co.
Mr. Takasuka is a Certified Public Accountant
and a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and the
University of Southern California.

Felix Leowardy
Vice President, Accounting
As Vice President of Accounting
for Steadfast Companies,
Mr. Leowardy oversees all accounting,
budgeting, treasury and financial
reporting functions
as well as establishing and maintaining accounting principles,
practices, procedures, and initiatives.
Prior to joining
Steadfast, Mr. Leowardy was one of the
principal and founder of a
property management company of 10,000 units. He also held
positions with Picerne Associates, Lincoln
Property Company, and is a graduate of California State University
Fullerton.

Kenneth L. Pruett
Vice President Pacific Coast Land & Construction
As Vice President of Construction for Steadfast Properties, Mr.
Pruett is responsible for new construction and renovation of multi-family
and commercial projects through Steadfast’s affiliate, Pacific
Coast Land and Construction Co., Inc.
Prior to joining Steadfast in 1998, Mr. Pruett
had 35 years of experience in the general contracting and development
fields thoughout the country. Serving as Director of Construction
Operations and Vice President of several general contracting firms.
Mr. Pruett is a graduate of Bradley University
in Peoria , Illinois , in Construction Technology.

Ana Marie del Rio
Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel
Ms. del Rio is responsible for overall administration
of Steadfast Companies. She manages the Human Resources, Information
Technology and Legal Support Services Departments, as well as general
office services. As General Counsel for the company, Ms. del Rio
is responsible for risk management and all legal matters, including
coordinating relationships with outside counsel. She works
closely with Steadfast Management Company and the Compliance Department
in the management and operation of the company’s affordable
residential units, and is active in statewide affordable housing
issues.
Prior to joining Steadfast Companies in April
2003, Ms. del Rio was a Public Finance Partner at Orrick, Herrington
& Sutcliffe, LLP, where she represented both issuers and underwriters
in financing single-family and multi-family housing and other types
of conduit and redevelopment projects. Before practicing law,
Ms. del Rio owned and operated a campaign consulting and research
company, specializing in local campaigns and ballot measures.
Ms. del Rio earned her law degree from the University of the Pacific,
McGeorge School of Law and has a M.P.A. and B.A. from the University
of Southern California .

Mary Kelly
Director of Legal Support Services
As Director of Legal Support Services, Ms. Kelly
is responsible for the corporate maintenance of over 400 entities.
Ms Kelly also serves as liaison between in-house and outside counsel,
lenders, escrow and title officers, as well as various government
agencies. Ms. Kelly works closely with all divisions within the
Steadfast organization, overseeing firm wide legal and quality control
procedures.
Prior to joining Steadfast, Ms. Kelly spent over
twenty years providing professional and administrative services
to both public accounting and private law firms. She is experienced
in complex real estate transactions, corporate maintenance, estate
planning, financial reporting and tax preparation.
Ms. Kelly is a Certified Paralegal. She has served
on several charitable committees benefiting such organizations as
The City of Hope and the YMCA. Ms. Kelly also volunteers her time
to benefit several youth sports organizations throughout Orange
County.

Justin Miller
Director of Novaland
As Director of the Novaland Youth Development Centers,
Mr. Miller is responsible for the day to day operations of the Centers
that serve over 2,000 at risk families throughout California. This
all encompassing position is accountable for the creation, training
and implementation of the educational and spiritual criteria for
the program.
Mr. Miller is also responsible for overseeing the
Fishworks Foundation, a non-profit affiliate of Steadfast Companies
that assists Hurricane Katrina victims with housing and establishing
themselves in new communities.
Mr. Miller has 13 years of youth and family ministry
experience in church and Para-church organizations.

R. Kyle Winning
President, Steadfast Residential Properties
As President of Steadfast Residential Properties,
Mr. Winning is responsible for all multi-family investments as well
as construction and property management. He is also a partner on
the Steadfast Management Committee.
Prior to joining Steadfast in 1999, Mr. Winning
was a joint venture partner with Steadfast in seven properties acquired
in 1998 as a partner of McCord Development in Houston, Texas. For
fourteen years prior, Mr. Winning was a partner and senior officer
of The Judwin Companies, a multi-family and single-family developer
based in Houston, Texas.
Mr. Winning is a graduate of Knox College in Galesburg,
Illinois, and received his graduate degree from Rice University
in Houston, Texas.

Christopher Hilbert
Senior Vice President
As Senior Vice President of Steadfast Residential
Properties, Mr. Hilbert is responsible for the day to day management
of Steadfast Residential Properties. This includes supervision of
all residential property platforms including, General Partner acquisitions,
residential acquisitions and development of both affordable and
market rate housing.
Prior to joining Steadfast in August 2005, Mr.
Hilbert was with National Housing Development Corp. as their Chief
Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Director of Acquisitions
and Finance. Mr. Hilbert has over fourteen years of experience in
the real estate industry covering many different facets.
Mr. Hilbert received his Bachelor of Arts Degree
in History from San Diego State University and a Masters of Business
Administration Degree from the McColl School of Business at Queens
College of Charlotte. In addition to being a past member of
the Apartment Association of Orange County Legislative Committee,
Mr. Hilbert is a board member of the National Association of Affordable
Housing Lenders. Mr. Hilbert also volunteers his time in several
community, corporate and church based organizations.

Sarah Metherell
Vice President
As Vice President of Steadfast Residential Properties,
Ms. Metherell oversees the acquisition, development, and financing
of Steadfast residential communities. She is also a member of the
Steadfast Leadership Team.
Prior to joining Steadfast in 2000, Ms. Metherell
participated in a pilot finance & insurance marketing program
for GMAC Chile and initiated, developed, and managed a similar program
for GMAC Argentina.
Ms. Metherell is a graduate of Princeton University.
She serves on the board of the Institute for Responsible Housing
Preservation and recently completed a term as board member of a
Christian foundation active in holistic giving in developing nations.
She is fluent in French and Spanish.

Tim Middleton
Vice President
As Vice President of Steadfast Residential Properties,
Mr. Middleton is primarily responsible for managing the acquisition
of General Partnership interests in portfolios of affordable housing
properties.
Prior to joining Steadfast in September 2004, Mr.
Middleton was with Trammell Crow Company, where he provided real
estate advisory services to major corporate clients located in the
Los Angeles area, including the L.A. Unified School District and
the Los Angeles Times. Mr. Middleton’s team provided
strategic planning and transaction management services for over
2.5 million square feet of real estate.
Mr. Middleton is a graduate of the University of
New Hampshire, and received his MBA from Vanderbilt University.

Steadfast Commercial Properties
Robert M. Murray
President, Steadfast Commercial Properties
As President and Partner of Steadfast Companies, Bob Murray
overseas all aspects of the company’s commercial business
activities, including acquisition, development, management and disposition.
He is a member of the corporate Investment Committee which evaluates
and authorizes new investment opportunities for the firm.
Mr. Murray started the Commercial Division of Steadfast
Companies in 1996 and during that time he has developed over 200
acres of land and over 4,000,000 sq. ft. of real estate in the Western
United States with an emphasis in retail development, but also including
office and industrial.
Mr. Murray has been involved in real estate development,
acquisition, and disposition for the past 27 years. Prior to joining
Steadfast, Mr. Murray was associated with Grubb & Ellis Commercial
Real Estate. While with Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Murray built, leased,
and sold commercial real estate in Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside
Counties. Mr. Murray is a graduate of California State University
at Los Angeles.

J. Patrick Cox
Senior Vice President
As Vice President of Commercial Properties, Mr.
Cox is responsible for development management, including land use
and entitlement, project construction and permanent financing, bond
finance, purchase contracts, sale and lease negotiations and partner/lender
relations.
Mr. Cox was owner and President of JPC Properties,
Inc., a full service real estate company offering comprehensive
consulting and asset management services management.
Mr. Cox is a graduate from the University of Southern California,
with an emphasis in real estate finance.

James D. Yoder
Senior Vice President
As
Senior Vice President of Commercial Properties, Mr. Yoder is responsible
for asset management and oversees the leasing and property management
teams. He is responsible for strategic planning and is active in
the division’s acquisition and development activities including
financing, underwriting, product, conceptual and design development,
marketing and construction management.
Prior to joining Steadfast, Mr.
Yoder was Vice President of Shea Properties and managed retail,
office, medical and mixed use developments, retail leasing and commercial
property disposition in Southern California for 10-1/2 years. Prior
to that, Mr. Yoder was a Retail Specialist for Grubb & Ellis
ompany for four years specializing in neighborhood, community and
power centers in Orange County and The Inland Empire. Mr. Yoder
has marketed, leased and/or developed over 1,600,000 SF of ground-up
neighborhood, community and power centers in California. Recently,
Mr. Yoder has managed the redevelopment of 1,900,000 SF of regional
malls in the Northwest and California.
Mr. Yoder received a Bachelor of
Arts degree from the University of San Diego and a Masters of Business
Administration from the University of Redlands. Mr. Yoder is an
ICSC Certified Leasing Specialist and holds a Real Estate Broker
License for the state of California.

Dean Curci
Vice President
Mr. Curci is responsible for Acquisitions of new
properties, as wells as the Development and Asset Management of
our California and Oregon based portfolio. Mr. Curci spearheaded
the acquisition, financial structuring, and business plan development
of our two most recently acquired enclosed regional malls: Yuba
Sutter Mall and Heritage Mall. He presently oversees their repositioning
and is engaged in Asset Management on behalf of ownership for the
entire mall portfolio. Recently Mr. Curci oversaw the successful
refinance of $210,000,000 worth of permanent debt associated with
our malls in the Pacific Northwest. In addition, Mr. Curci is a
critical part of our acquisition team for all new commercial projects
under consideration. Prior to joining Steadfast, Mr. Curci was President
of Cap Rate Properties, Inc., a well-respected brokerage firm specializing
in investment sales of commercial real estate. Within the last few
years prior to joining Steadfast, he lead the firm in brokerage
transactions that totaled over $350,000,000, including the sale
of enclosed regional malls, power centers, neighborhood centers,
single tenant investments and office buildings throughout California.
He founded that brokerage firm in 1988, after spending a couple
years just out of college working for Nexus Development Corporation
in Irvine.
A graduate of the University of Southern California, he holds his
Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Mr. Curci
also holds a California Real Estate Brokers License and a CLS (Certified
Leasing Specialist) designation from ICSC.

John Alshuler
Vice President, Commercial Property Management
Mr. Alshuler supervises the Commercial Property Management
operations of Steadfast, ensuring efficient and profitable management
of the properties while maximizing the revenue-producing capabilities
of the entire commercial portfolio.
Mr. Alshuler joined Steadfast in 1997 and has over
thirty years of real estate experience, most recently as head of
property management for three large commercial portfolios.
Mr. Alshuler graduated from the University of Southern
California and holds a California Real Estate Brokers license.

Luis Garcia
President, Steadfast Resort Properties
Luis Garcia started his professional career with
KPMG LLP in 1985, after graduating from the University of San Diego
with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with honors (Magna
Cum Laude). In 1994, he transferred to the Mexico City Office of
KPMG and served as International Tax Partner and National Director
of Tax & Legal Services until 2002.
Mr. Garcia is a member of the American Institute
of CPA’s, California Society of CPA’s and ULI.

Bob Searles
President, Steadfast Business Properties
As President of the Business Properties division, Mr. Searles is
responsible for acquisition of real estate, due diligence and coordination
of all development activities. He is also a partner on the Steadfast
Management Committee.
Prior to joining Steadfast in 2004, Mr. Searles
served for twenty-five years as President of Searles Devcorp, a
real estate acquisition and development firm with operating entities
in construction, development and property management.
Mr. Searles is a graduate of the University of
Southern California and serves on the boards of several non-profits.

Ralph Deppisch
Senior Vice President
As Senior Vice-President of Steadfast Business
Properties, Mr. Deppisch is responsible for all phases of project
development and management to include acquisition analysis, due
diligence research, market feasibility, financial pro formas, entitlement
and governmental approvals, lease and contract negotiations, hiring
of design and consulting teams as required, project cost budgeting,
overall project management, and final project disposition as required.
He is also a member of the Steadfast leadership team.
Mr. Deppisch has over twenty five (25) years of
experience in the Real Estate Industry with an emphasis in site
acquisition, project development, and overall project management.
Mr. Deppisch has held positions as Vice President of Development
of various Real Estate Development companies, and as a Vice- President
and General Manager of a national real estate related organization.
Mr. Deppisch holds a degree in Electrical Engineering
from Manhattan College, Bronx, N.Y. as well as a Master’s
Degree in Business Administration from California State University
at Fullerton with an emphasis in Finance. Mr. Deppisch is also a
licensed Real Estate Broker and holds a California Junior College
Teaching Credential.
