Our investment management professionals work diligently to provide direction and oversight required to execute a comprehensive plan for each of our assets and to responsibly fulfill our fiduciary duty to our partners, whether institutional or individual.  Having overseen more than 150 projects through various phases, our team plays an instrumental role in repositioning, stabilizing and monitoring underperforming and bankrupt assets and designing disposition programs to capitalize on positive market conditions.  

In particular, our team oversees twelve tax credit equity funds, representing approximately $240 million in asset value, for key industry leaders, such as JPMorgan Chase, GE Capital Corp. and Fannie Mae.  Specifically, Steadfast provides these investors with coordinated sponsor communications, property oversight, financial reporting, tax services, risk management, and regulatory compliance for over 70 affordable multifamily residential projects (approximately 8,000 units) funded with tax-exempt bonds and/or low income housing tax credits, among other sources.  Steadfast also manages, among other assets, an international fund for private investors; handling investment selection, due diligence, compliance matters and accounting and financial reporting.   

In addition, the Steadfast Advisor Group was formed in 2009 to develop private and publicly registered real estate investment products and act as their portfolio manager. The Advisor serves as the “nerve center” for the investment programs by coordinating the efforts of the real estate operating platforms, corporate staff, managing broker-dealer, auditors, attorneys and transfer agent. It reports to the program sponsor, REIT boards, financial advisors and investors.
