Steadfast Management Company, Inc. provides property management services for its residential and commercial properties, with expertise in all categories of multifamily, industrial, retail, and office projects.  Our property management professionals leverage an integrated asset strategy and oversee all aspects of property management, asset management, development, leasing and operations to create value through hands on day-to-day supervision and long-term strategic planning.

Under the direction of veteran executives, our property management professionals strive to prevent problems rather than just solving them. Steadfast currently provides property management services for over 60 multifamily properties, totaling approximately 10,000 units, across 9 states.  In addition, Steadfast manages 5 regional malls, containing approximately 2 million square feet of gross leasable space.  

In 1997, Steadfast formed Pacific Coast Land and Construction to provide construction services for Steadfast’s residential projects that need renovation and refurbishment following their acquisition. Pacific Coast Land and Construction now also manages the construction process for commercial, industrial and mixed-use development projects. Over the past 13 years, Pacific Coast has completed approximately $82 million in rehabilitation on over 50 multifamily properties.
