The company now acquires, develops and manages real-estate properties within the continental United States , Hawaii and Mexico . With corporate offices in Newport Beach , California , Steadfast has more than 270 employees throughout four divisions. Steadfast Residential Properties has developed and refurbished more than 11,000 apartments, and has its own management company affiliate and a construction subsidiary. Steadfast Commercial Properties currently has major office, industrial, retail and existing mixed-use projects and new development is progress in California and Washington , which are all managed by Steadfast Commercial Management. Steadfast Hospitality Group acquire and manage resort properties in the United States , Mexico , the Caribbean , and Latin America . Steadfast Business Properties have real estate investments in California and Washington , which are managed by Steadfast Business Management.
