James Parr paid $5.2 million to Steadfast Cos. for a 21,729-square-foot research and development building at 20341 Birch St. in Newport Beach . Jerry Brummond and Hughes Realty represented the buyer. Gil Marrero of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the seller.
