MISSION VIEJO, CA-The owners of the 303,000 sf office property
occupied by Unisys Corp. have obtained $26 million in financing
for the project.
Principal Commercial Acceptance (PCA) provided the funding on behalf
of Steadfast
Jeronimo I, II, III, IV, according to L.J. Melody, a CB Richard
Ellis company, which arranged the financing. Melody's Wayne Paulus
says the building was constructed in 1970 and is entirely occupied
by Unisys.
The Mission Viejo facility is at 25725 Jeronimo Road and is one
of the company's major software development sites. Publicly held
Unisys, one of the three largest employers in Mission Viejo, is
a worldwide information technology firm that operates in 100 countries.
Its products and services include Internet infrastructure, building
security systems, check clearing services for banks and financial
institutions, consulting services and software for communications
companies, computerized information processing systems for traditional
and online publishers, and technical services to sports organizations
like the United States Golf Association.
