Yuba Sutter Mall was purchased by Steadfast Companies in September of 2004. Immediately following the purchase, Steadfast initiated a strategic renovation, re-branding and re-merchandising plan in order to introduce the new Yuba Sutter Mall. By mid-2005, the center experienced an interior and exterior remodel revealing a new and updated color scheme, local cultural branding, infrastructural upgrades, a soft play area, landscape enhancements and a new property name. Retailers most recently added to the tenant line up is Zumiez, rue 21, Fashion Bug, Finish Line, Lids, Auntie Anne’s and Forever 21.
