Steadfast Business Properties, the division of Steadfast Companies
dedicated exclusively to office and industrial properties, was formed
in 2004 to pursue larger, more complex development projects-including
joint venture partnerships with large institutions, debt and equity
financing.
Under the direction of veteran executives with an average of more
than twenty-five years experience, Steadfast Business Properties
brings a team approach to institutional joint venture in real estate
investment and development. Our principals have developed a combined
total of more than 17 million square feet of commercial real estate,
and oversee a dedicated staff capable of implementing all aspects
of the commercial development process, including acquisition, finance,
entitlement processing, design, construction, marketing, leasing
and management.
Launched in 2004, Steadfast Business Properties is in the process
of building its portfolio. Utilizing the proven Steadfast process
and controls, we are currently seeking development and acquisition
opportunities that allow us to add value and maximize returns.
