The Commercial Division of Steadfast Properties currently has major
office and retail developments in progress throughout California,
Oregon, and Washington.
Known formally as Steadfast Commercial Properties, the division
has a professional staff capable of overseeing all aspects of the
commercial-development process. This includes acquisition, marketing,
finance, entitlement processing, design, construction and management
of various types of commercial properties.
The principals working within the Commercial Division have developed
a combined total of more than 17 million square feet of commercial
real estate.
