Working jointly with Commercial Development, the Commercial division has a professional staff capable of overseeing all aspects of the commercial-development process. This includes acquisition, marketing, finance, entitlement processing, design, construction and management of various types of commercial properties.

The principals working within the Commercial Division have leased and managed a combined total of more than 17 million square feet of commercial real estate.
