Established in November 1997, Pacific Coast Land & Construction has a versatile and experienced staff with the expertise to meet all of Steadfast’s diverse construction goals. This affiliate of the Steadfast Companies provides construction services for Steadfast’s residential projects. In many cases, these properties need renovation and refurbishment following their acquisition.

In addition to modifications required to reposition these properties, Pacific Coast Land and Construction also manages the construction process for multifamily, commercial, industrial and mixed-use development projects.
